Our Mission

Allegiance Arch Foundation is a Nonprofit 501(c)(3) that trains high school and college offensive linemen. A group that usually receives less recognition than they deserve.

Since our developmental journey began in 2018, we have been working hard to develop young athletes into successful offensive linemen on the field, and good men off the field.

There is much to be done to support and promote the Offensive Lineman community that we have built. We aim to facilitate their transitions to college as well as into life after sports.

Ensuring student athletes from all socioeconomic backgrounds are able to access academic, athletic, and life skill development during their journey through sports and into careers. Our vision for the Arch Foundation is to create an all-inclusive environment where athletes can not only maximize their athletic potential, but also develop into contributing members of society.

MENTORSHIP

Mentorship is important for young athletes, because it can provide them with guidance and support as they navigate the challenges of being a student athlete. Veterans of Allegiance can help young athletes develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their sport by providing them with valuable insight as to what the journey may bring. Additionally, mentorship can help young athletes understand the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and other important values that can help them grow as individuals and athletes.

LIFE SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Life skills can help individuals navigate the challenges and opportunities of everyday life, and can also help them achieve their goals and aspirations. Life skills can include a wide range of abilities, such as communication, problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and time management. Developing these skills can help individuals become more independent, confident, and successful in both their personal and professional lives

LIFE AFTER FOOTBALL

Transitioning out of sports can be a difficult and complex process, and many players may struggle with a range of challenges as they adjust to life after the sports. After spending their entire careers dedicated to the sport, they may struggle to adjust to life without the structure and daily routine of being an athlete. Many players may also face financial challenges as they adjust to life after football, and may have difficulty finding their identity. The Arch Foundation aims to facilitate this process.
